Richfield, Utah - Our beloved son, brother, neighbor and friend, William Victor Ledbetter, age 51, passed away at the Richfield Care Center on July 16, 2026. He was born in Richfield on December 17, 1974 to Kenneth Rex and MelaNee Beckstead Ledbetter.
While Victor grew up in Richfield, he especially loved going to Grandma Lou's to watch the Lawrence Welk show on the weekends. He also loved watching his other shows, Disney movies being a favorite. He enjoyed helping his mom vacuum, dust and organize the house.
He attended Richfield High School and graduated in 1995. He was involved in many Special Ed classes and was a teacher's aid to Mrs. Cindy Neilson. He loved being apart of the Special Olympics and participated for 5 years. He was fortunate to win several medals. Victor was also a member of the LDS Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, where he served as a chorister in priesthood and was the best Home Teacher, serving with Jeff Thalman and Boyd Cook.
Throughout his years, his favorite hobbies were to vacuum, clean, and organize his space. He enjoyed doing puzzles, singing and dancing, going to church and practicing his writing skills. He loved to help fold laundry, color in his coloring books with his sister while listening to the music of his choice. He worked for Kmart for 15 plus years, loving being a door greeter and was able to use his organization and cleaning skills!
Victor is survived by his mother, MelaNee Beckstead, siblings; James Ledbetter and Kendra Ledbetter; sister-in-law, Cindy Ledbetter and nephew Heaton Ledbetter all of Richfield, Utah.
He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Rex Ledbetter; brother, David Henry Ledbetter; cousin, Scooter Beckstead, grandparents, Bill and Lou Ledbetter, Arland and Bobbi Langford, Melvin Beckstead.
Victor was loved by all and will be missed dearly.
Funeral Services for Victor will be at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, August 1, 2026 at the Springer Turner Funeral Home in Richfield, 260 North 400 West. Friends may call for viewing from 10:00- 11:30 A.M. prior to services.
Livestreaming for Victor will be available at springerturner.com under his obituary approx. 15 minutes prior to service starting. Also available under his obituary will be crowdfunding to offset funeral costs. The family requests donations in lieu of flowers.
Burial will be in the Richfield Cemetery under the care of Springer Turner Funeral Homes of Richfield and Salina, Utah.
