Bicknell, Utah - Our dear father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend, Talmage Moosman, age 75, passed away in his home on August 20, 2026. He was born on March 11, 1951 to Elmer Criss and Elma Deleeuw Moosman. 

Talmage grew up in Bicknell, spending a lot of his time trapping, camping and shed hunting. He attended Wayne High School and graduated in 1969. He married the love of his life, Kyleen Torgersen in Salina, Utah on June 21, 1968. Sadly, Kyleen passed away on October 10, 2014. Throughout his life, Talmage lived in Draper, Minersville, Sandy Ranch and then settled on being back in Bicknell for 65+ years. He was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Talmage is survived by his children: Jackie Roberts of St. George, Christy (Scott) Beckstead of Vernal, Jessica (David) Blundell of Lake Point; sister: Dixie Christensen of Richfield; 6 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his lovely wife, Kyleen Moosman; parents, Elmer and Elma Moosman; In-laws, Kyle and Shirley Torgersen; siblings: Foster James (Jim) Moosman, MaryAnn Bliss; brother in laws: Keith Christensen, Chan (Chuck) Bliss; and nephew Douglas Bliss.

As a family, we'd like to extend a special thanks to Terri Mecham and Julie Jeffry for their help with daddy. A huge thank you to Jackie for being there also for our daddy!

Funeral Services for Talmage will be at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, August 29, 2026 at the Thurber LDS Ward Chapel, 190 North 200 East in Bicknell. Friends may call for viewing from 6:00- 8:00 P.M. on Friday, August 28, 2026 at the Springer Turner Funeral Home Chapel, 260 North 400 West in Richfield and on Saturday from 9:00- 10:30 A.M. at the Thurber Ward prior to services.

Burial will be in the Bicknell Cemetery under the care of Springer Turner Funeral Homes of Richfield and Salina, Utah. Last call by the Wayne County Sheriff's Department will be held at the cemetery.
