Joseph Michael Gordon

Spencerville, Indiana - Joseph Michael Gordon, age 70, passed away on Saturday, April 30th 2026 at the Fish Lake CampGround, Utah. He was born and raised in Fort Wayne.

Joseph started his work career as an electrician and welder before joining the US Navy where he honorably served until his retirement. He served on several ships during his career traveling around the world. After retiring from the Navy, he started working at Boeing, helping build several new aircrafts. He loved riding his Harley and spending time with his best friend Ripley. He enjoyed home construction projects, gardening and reading. His favorite thing was being as close to nature as he could.

Joseph is survived by his son Jacob, his brothers and sisters; Jerry (Sherri) Gordon, Sheila Gordon, Sylvia (Steven) Peck, Donald (Judy) Gordon, and Dan (Laura) Gordon.

He is preceded in death by his wife Claire and daughter Sarah, his parents Marjorie and Gail, sisters Rose, Susan, and Christina.

Cremation services are under the care of Springer Turner Funeral Homes of Richfield and Salina, Utah.
