Salina, Utah - Johnny Wyatt Grice, age 25, passed away on April 12, 2026 at home surrounded by his family. Wyatt was born on October 26, 2000 in Catania, Sicily, Italy to Johnny Wade and Tanya Maria Guerrero Grice.
Wyatt grew up in Kentwood Louisiana most his life, until relocating to Salina, Utah with his family in 2025. He graduated Jewel M. Sumner High School in 2020. Wyatt loved school, especially his cooking class. Wyatt loved his family, and cherished his time with them, whether it was playing games or eating Sonic with Paw Paw. 25 days of Christmas activities always brought him joy. Wyatt looked forward to attending Camp Challenge every year with his beloved friends both staff and campers alike. Wyatt loved to crack jokes and put smiles on the faces of those he loved.
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, he loved getting the opportunity to pass the sacrament to his ward members.
Wyatt is survived by his parents, Johnny and Tanya Grice; sister, Ember Grice, all of Salina; brother, Terry Lee (Maddie) Parker Jr. ; neices and nephews: Olivia, Remerie, Dallin, and Stetson, all of Eagle Mountain.
Preceded in death by two grandfathers, John Wayne Grice and Alberto A. Guerrero; aunt, Theresa Merritt; brother, Brayden Kye Grice; and a beloved family pet, LuLu.
Graveside services for Wyatt will be held at 12:00 Noon on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at the Salina Pioneer Cemetery. A viewing will be held from 11:00-11:30 AM at the Springer Turner Funeral Home Chapel in Salina.
Burial will be in the Pioneer Cemetery under the care of Springer Turner Funeral Homes of Richfield and Salina.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for cash donations to help with funeral expenses.
