Salina, Utah - Jerry Shipp was born on March 27, 1941 to Marion Bard and Idonna Roberts Shipp in Salt Lake City, Utah. He passed away at his home on April 21, 2026 in Salina, Utah.
Jerry lived in Salina for 26 years. He grew up enjoying fishing and camping with his family. As he got older, he loved playing cards and telling stories of the old days.
He is survived by his two sons: Jake and Curly Shipp, both of Salina; his sister May and brother-in-law Butch Lecroy of Salt Lake City; sister Carol Stanley of Sigurd. In addition, 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
He is preceded in death by his parents; a daughter and a son; 3 brothers and 3 sisters.
Cremation services are under the care of Springer Turner Funeral Homes of Richfield and Salina, Utah.
