Salina, Utah - Beloved daughter, mother, sister, aunt, and friend, Holly Ann Moore, age 45, passed away on September 19, 2026, at her home in Salina. 

Holly was born in Gunnison, on April 14, 1981 to Charlie and Annette Jacobson Moore. She graduated from North Sevier High School in 1999 and went on to earn her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management.

Above anything, Holly loved her family. She enjoyed anything that included spending time with them, whether it was riding rides at Lagoon or going on simple mountain rides.

Holly is survived by her mother: Annette Moore of Salina; her daughters: Kylie (Trevor) Jewkes, Kimbree (Devyn) Haynes both of Richfield; 4 grandchildren; and brother: Corey Moore of Salina.

She was preceded in death by her father, Charlie Moore, as well as Blaine Moore. 

Funeral services for Holly will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, October 2, 2026 in the Salina Creek LDS Ward Chapel, 87 South 100 East in Salina. A viewing will be held prior to service from 9:00-10:30 AM at Springer Turner Funeral Home, 150 East Main Street in Salina.

Burial will be in the Salina Eastside Cemetery under the care of Springer Turner Funeral Homes of Richfield and Salina.
