Our beloved father Grant Albert LeFevre, age of 83, passed away peacefully on Oct 23, 2024, in Henderson, Nevada.

Grant was born in Venice, Utah on March 13, 1941 to Grant A. and Carral Vilate Cowley LeFevre.

Grant grew up on the family farm, served in the Vietnam War, worked at Geneva Steel and the Gunnison prison, as well as owning his own locksmithing business. He was a jack of all trades and enjoyed tinkering. He was a big fan of trains and participated in Cowboy Action Shooting (SASS) under the alias of Hoot Owl or Pops with his son, grandson, and great grandson. He loved to talk about his interests and hobbies with anyone who would listen.

Grant first met his wife Nancy in Maricopa, Arizona at a train meet-up. They later moved to Henderson, Nevada to be closer to family several years prior to his death. They were married January 15, 2010 in Henderson, Nevada.

Grant is survived by his wife Nancy of Henderson, Nevada, son Scott (Ro) LeFevre of Henderson, Nevada, and daughters Shanna (Charlie) Stephens of Belfry, Montana, Stacie (Kenton) Glad of Salt Lake City, and Stefanie (Andy) Poen of Salt Lake City.
