Brandie Marie Holmes, a beloved daughter, sister, mother, and grandmother, passed away on August 4, 2025, in Fountain Green, Utah, at the age of 51. Born on June 14, 1974, in Los Angeles, California, Brandie’s life radiated positivity and warmth, a testament to her unwavering spirit and infectious laughter.

From her early days as Brandie Buskey, she grew up living with her parents running the carnival and experiencing a free wild life. Later in life she moved to Utah where she developed a love for nature that would stay with her throughout her life. She found solace in the local mountains, wandering the hiking trails enjoying the breathtaking scenery. With a heart full of love for animals, she even shared her home with an adorable pet raccoon, a true reflection of her free-spirited, hippie soul. Her passion for collecting unique treasures like jewelry, dream catchers, and crystals brought joy to those around her, as did her vibrant personality that always uplifted others.

Brandie’s devotion to her family was unparalleled, as she embraced motherhood with love and grace. She is survived by her cherished children, Billy Jean Camden and Jason Ross Holmes, who were her pride and joy. Brandie's legacy is also carried on by her dear brother Stephen Buskey, her Uncle Bill Wagg, and Aunt Sandra Lewis, all of whom experienced her boundless affection and support.

She faced life’s challenges with resilience and an optimistic heart, consistently finding a way to smile and laugh, no matter the circumstances. Her most profound accomplishments were her grandchildren, whose laughter filled her heart with joy and made every day a celebration of life.

Brandie was predeceased by her infant daughter, Jessica Marie Holmes, and her devoted parents, Stephen and DeBorah Buskey. In the memories of her loved ones, she will always be cherished for her caring nature, her unwavering spirit, and the love she freely gave to everyone she encountered.

Though Brandie may have left this earth, the light she brought into the lives of those around her will forever shine bright. She will be dearly missed but remembered fondly for her joyfulness, resilience, and the immense love she shared with family and friends.
